Getting started
What is Accesza?+
Accesza is an automation platform for SMM panel owners. It connects to your panel and automates customer support through ticket auto-reply, a website chat agent, a Telegram bot and a WhatsApp bot, plus tools such as balance coupons and service updates.
Which panels are supported?+
Accesza works with Perfect Panel through its Admin API v2. You need your panel URL and an Admin API key.
How long does setup take?+
Usually a few minutes: create an account, connect your panel, choose the tools you want and, for the widget, paste one line of code on your site.
Do I need technical skills?+
No. Everything is configured from the dashboard. The panel guide shows exactly which Admin API permissions to enable.
How it works
How does the bot know which orders belong to a customer?+
The customer proves ownership with a one-time code that the bot posts as a ticket on their account in your panel. Only after entering the code can they see or change their own orders.
Which languages does it support?+
It detects the customer's language and replies in the same one, including English, Bengali, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Filipino and Vietnamese.
What requests can it handle automatically?+
Order status, speed-up, cancel, refill and not-received reports, with eligibility checks, plus common questions from your knowledge base and payment guidance.
What happens if the bot cannot help?+
It flags the case for your team. You can see conversations in the inbox and take over at any time.
Pricing and credits
How does pricing work?+
Each tool has a fixed monthly (or yearly) fee per panel, and bundles cost less than buying tools separately. See the pricing page for current plans.
What are credits?+
Credits pay for the optional Human behaviour mode, where the AI replies in a natural, human tone. When credits run out, replies fall back to the standard bot automatically.
Can I pay with the wallet or directly?+
Both. Top up your wallet with the available payment methods, or pay for a plan or credits directly at checkout.
Which payment methods are available?+
The list depends on your region and changes over time. You will see all active methods on the wallet page.
Security and data
Is my Admin API key safe?+
The key is used only to read orders and tickets and to run the actions you enabled for your panel. We never ask for your customers' passwords.
Do you share my customers' data?+
No selling and no advertising use. When the optional Human behaviour mode uses an external AI model, the text needed to answer a message is sent to that provider. See our privacy policy for details.
Can I leave at any time?+
Yes. You can disconnect a panel and cancel auto-renewal whenever you like.
