Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Accesza collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website or use our dashboard and tools.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details: username, email address, WhatsApp number, hashed password and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google profile name and email.
  • Panel connection: your panel URL and the API keys you provide so we can run the tools you enable.
  • Customer interactions: messages, tickets and order information that pass through the chat widget, Telegram and WhatsApp bots and ticket automation of your panel.
  • Billing information: deposits, subscriptions, credits and transaction identifiers. Card or wallet details are handled by the payment gateways and are not stored by us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser details and approximate location, used for security and to show visitor location in your inbox.

3. How we use it

  • To provide, secure and improve the service.
  • To verify customers and perform the actions you enable on your panel.
  • To process payments, send receipts and renewal reminders, and respond to support requests.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. We share data only with providers that help us run the service:

  • Payment gateways, to process your payments.
  • Messaging platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp, to deliver messages you enable.
  • AI model providers, only when the optional Human behaviour mode needs an external model. The text needed to answer a message is sent to that provider.
  • Email delivery services, to send notifications.

We may disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access to dashboards is protected by signed sessions, and administrative areas are separate from customer accounts. Panel API keys, desk keys, Telegram bot tokens and Telegram sessions are additionally encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are only used server-side; they are never sent back to a browser. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us about anything suspicious.

6. Retention

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as long as the law or legitimate business needs require. Conversation data is kept to power your inbox and analytics. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

7. Your choices and rights

You can update your profile and password in your dashboard, disconnect panels, switch off tools and ask for a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as the dashboard theme. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, it will be described here.

9. Children

Accesza is for businesses and is not directed at children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will show the date above. Questions? Use the contact page.
